What is the best option, to buy a house or to rent one?

Everyone gets this doubt whether to buy a house or to live in a rented house. This arises usually after some years of marriage and you want to settle down. Settling down is a feeling where you have a family, your own house for your family to live happily and comfortably.
So, when one starts to think whether to own a house or to live in a rented house, the answer will always be to own a house for many reasons. There are advantages of living in a rented house, no doubt about it like lesser investment in terms of rent, not much responsibility of maintaining the house, no need to invest in huge amounts of money when renting a house etc.
Let us see the advantages of owning a house! Owning itself gives a sense of security and especially owning a house gives a very secure feeling to any person. The inflation of prices whether it is the price of groceries or the real estate prices, buying an open plot when you can afford it is a wise decision.
The insecurity in the job situations is unavoidable for many people but planning a secure future is definitely possible by making some right choices. The right choices in terms of investment are buying open plots, buying residential lands, buying gold and many more.
Yes, investments are what makes anyone secure financially. So, buying a house is a good investment financially and living it brings a sense of satisfaction which is indescribable. This is possible for some people who need not move from one place to another as per the demands of their job. These are lucky people!
When it comes to people who constantly have to change places according to the demands of their job but they can think in terms of owning a house in a place where they would like to settle down after their retirement. They can give the house for rent and it becomes another source of income. After retirement, they can live in their dream house.
Talking in terms of investment whether it is good to invest a huge sum of money to buy a house or to opt for a rented house where there is no initial investment is a big question. There are many banks and financial institutions which provide housing loans and the interest being paid as rent can be diverted to pay the loan amount.
If you would like to postpone the idea of building a house or you would like your dream house to look certain which takes time to inspect, then buying an open plot or residential plot is the best option. And another advantage of buying an open plot is that these can be bought at comparatively lower prices.
When buying a plot, one should be careful in terms of the ownership and other security issues. So, it is better to buy an open plot in a gated community where there is security for the plot and have proper approval from the Government.
